李绍新,男,湖南临澧人,1972年7月出生,博士,教授,硕士生导师,2018广东省‘’扬帆计划‘’高层次人才培养对象,现就职于广东医科大学生物医学工程学院物理教研室

科研方向
主要专业方向为生物医学光子学,该方向属于光学、生物学、医学的学科交叉,其目的是将最新的光学技术应用到生物学医学的相关研究中,发展新的生物医学研究方法或手段。主要研究领域为拉曼光谱技术及其在癌症辅助诊断上的应用研究,该方向通过发展高灵敏的拉曼光谱检测技术,并将其应用到肿瘤标志物大分子的检测中。光学弱测量技术及其生物医学应用研究,该方向将国际最近发展的高灵敏量子弱测量技术应用到生物分子相互作用的非标记检测中,试图探索新的生物医学检测方法和技术。生物组织光学显微影像人工智能辅助病理诊断技术研究,该方向通过光学扫描显微镜将病理组织和细胞切片数字化,再用深度学习方法训练病理样品识别模型,实现对未知样品的智能医学诊断。
三、主要成果
主要成果在三个领域,第一,建立了循环肿瘤细胞非标记表面增强拉曼光谱鉴定方法,该方法通过发展微阵列银膜表面增强拉曼光谱芯片和基于深度学习的残差网络拉曼光谱识别模型,实现了肿瘤细胞和血液细胞拉曼光谱的高灵敏检测和快速准确识别,为发展循环肿瘤细胞的快速检测方法奠定了坚实的基础。第二,建立了基于光学弱测量的手性分子纯度高灵敏检测方法,课题组从量子力学弱值放大原理出发,搭建了一套高灵敏测量手性分子旋光度光学弱测量系统,结合测量手性分子浓度的紫外分光技术,实现了手性分子纯度的高灵敏检测,该方法无需分离样品,操作简单,在生物制药领域具有极大潜在应用价值,目前已经获得授权发明专利一项。第三,建立了染色体智能核型分析方法。该方法利用深度学习在染色体图片预处理、染色体分割、染色体分类、染色体异常检测等环节分别发展了相关深度学习网络模型,基本实现了染色体自动智能化核型分析,该成果的后续转化将极大降低医务工作者的负担,大幅提升染色体核型分析效率。
